Animated Learning Experience | Facilitator Training | Performance Support
Project Overview: Designed an animated learning experience to help facilitators consistently prepare for successful training sessions by improving planning, organization, and instructional readiness.
The Challenge: Facilitators were using different approaches to prepare for training, resulting in inconsistent session quality and varying levels of readiness.
Learning Solution: Designed and developed an engaging animated training using Vyond and Adobe Illustrator to demonstrate best practices for classroom preparation. The course guided facilitators through key preparation steps, including defining learning outcomes, organizing materials, anticipating learner needs, and preparing for unexpected challenges.
Instructional Design Approach:
