Gamified Learning Experience | Employee Benefits | Behavior Change
Project Overview: Designed an engaging learning experience to increase employee awareness and utilization of the Associate Assistance Program (AAP), which provides confidential resources such as counseling, legal services, financial guidance, and work-life support.
The Challenge: Although valuable benefits were available, many associates were unaware of the program or uncertain about how it could help them.
Learning Solution: Led the instructional design process, including storyboarding, scriptwriting, and course development. Created an animated, gamified learning experience featuring interactive activities, a “Spin the Wheel” challenge, and achievement badges to encourage exploration, reinforce key concepts, and improve knowledge retention.
