ASSOCIATE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (AAP)
Problem: Associates weren’t using the AAP benefit offered to them. Services included law, counseling, wedding events, and more.
Solution: Led the creation of storyboards, script writing, and development to create an animation and gamification course, including spin the wheel and badges. Led to a 35% increase in program usage.
