Problem: GEICO facilitators needed clearer, more consistent guidance on how to prepare effectively for training sessions, leading to variations in lesson quality and readiness.

Solution: I developed a Vyond animated training that demonstrated step-by-step best practices for session preparation, including defining outcomes, organizing materials in advance, and anticipating unexpected challenges.

Outcome: Facilitators reported greater confidence and consistency in their session preparation, and leaders noted improved quality and readiness across training deliveries.
