Problem: The company lacked a standardized process to analyze new courses during the ADDIE Analysis phase, leaving course development without clear direction regarding subject, target audience, and objectives.
Solution: I created a comprehensive Course Analysis PDF to be used at the start of every new project. The tool guided stakeholders in defining key elements such as subject matter, target audience, learning objectives, and scope, providing clarity and structure from the very first meeting.
Outcome: The Course Analysis PDF not only clarified the course’s direction but also mapped out how it would be developed before production began, ensuring structured planning and eliminating uncertainty. It was adopted as a standard departmental process, improving efficiency and consistency across all course development projects.
