I-9 AND E-VERIFY PROCESS
Problem: The Electronic I-9 and E-Verify procedures were complex and difficult for employees to understand, with no clear step-by-step guidance to ensure compliance.
Solution: I analyzed the software and workflow, then developed a step-by-step process presented with clear, graphic-based instructions. This approach simplified the complex procedures, making them easy to follow and visually intuitive.
Outcome: Employees were able to complete the Electronic I-9 and E-Verify processes accurately and efficiently. The new step-by-step visual guidance improved compliance, reduced errors, and made the training more accessible and engaging.
