FLY SAFE SOUTHWEST – Design Concept
Problem:During COVID-19, passengers needed reassurance that airlines were following proper safety procedures to feel confident flying.
Solution:I created a UX design concept for a “Fly Safe” app that visually communicated safety measures and guided passengers through a safe travel experience.
Outcome: The concept showcased a user-centered solution for enhancing passenger confidence and demonstrated my skills in UX design and conceptual problem-solving.
